You already have 74mm filter housings. You are getting 3.4 Nm³/min from the 88343124. Now you need 6. Do you rip out the bowls and pipes for a 101mm system? No. You install the 88343132. Same 74mm diameter, but 238mm tall instead of 147mm. Double the media depth. Double the flow.
The taller bed lowers face velocity at the same volumetric flow. That means you can push 6 Nm³/min through a 74mm housing without exceeding the 0.01 bar pressure drop limit. Oil carryover stays at 0.5 ppm. Solid particles down to 1 micron are captured. The element weighs 0.45 kg — heavier than the 3.4 version, but still manageable.
Keep your existing bowls, heads, and pipework. Just swap the shorter cartridge for the 88343132. No re-plumbing. No new mounting brackets. One part number change. The 8000 hour service life still applies, but the deeper bed means you are more likely to reach it under heavier load.
